I've always enjoyed the thought of a super hero story, and not just because of the tight clothes either. The idea of an all powerful, mystical hero...yeah, sounds boring to me too. 

 

So Bellomorte is not anything like that, but...he is a hero and he does seem...well, I won't spoil it for you.
